Mayor and Councilor Guidelines

1. The person elected by user votes in each community is referred to as the 'mayor'.

A. The mayor of a community can be determined through elections in which all citizens participate.

2. One person per city determined by the mayor is called a 'city ​​councilman'.

A. The process of electing city councilors is as follows.

1) Receive applications through announcements, Telegram, and Discord.

2) Selected after consultation by two city representatives after confirming the application form

3) Election results are delivered through notices, Telegram, and Discord.

3. City Council Selection Criteria

A. Points are awarded and elected according to the following items.

1) The sincerity of the platform as a metaverse2 user (10point)

2) Idea suggestion (10point)

3) Community activity rate (10point)

4) By user's city ranking (10point)

5) Consultation of city representatives (10point)

B. Score division

1) Each item is scored on a scale of 1 to 10.

2) The scores by city ranking are as follows.

10 points from 1st to 10th, 9 points from 11th to 20th, 8 points from 21st to 30th, 7 points from 31st to 40th, 6 points from 41st to 50th, 5 points from 51st to 60th, 4 points from 61st to 70th, 3 points from 71st to 80th, 2 points from 81st to 90th, and 1 point from 91st to 100th

3) Scores are awarded from 1 point to 10 points by city representatives for each item.

4) The total score is 50 out of 50.

5) In the event of a tie, it will be decided by consultation with city representatives.

4. City representatives and city council members may operate the following communication channels for smooth communication.

A. Company (Metaverse 2) - Communication channel for city representatives

B. Company (Metaverse 2) - 2 city representatives - 6 city councilors communication channel

C. two city representatives - a communication channel with six city councilors

5. The city council member shall take on an additional role assigned by the city representative.

A. Records and organization of company agendas and minutes

1) A total of two people, one city council member for each community, will host each agenda.

* 1 in Seoul, Las Vegas, and Rome / 1 in New York, Paris, and Prague

2) The moderator for each agenda item shall hereinafter be referred to as the "project moderator of the city council member."

B. Summary of tax use by city

1) Taxes for each city can be arranged by city councilors for each city.

6. Each agenda is determined through the following decision-making system.

A. The city council member in charge of the project shall prepare a plan for the agenda within the deadline.

* During preparation, necessary information may be requested from the company(Metaverse2) (paragraph 8-A)

* While writing the project, you can continuously share your opinions with city council members.

B. The prepared plan shall be decided by voting between city representatives and city council members.

C. If a vote in the community is required, a full vote will be conducted for citizens.

D. If the agenda is not decided by vote, it shall be decided through a unanimous vote among city council members.

E. The agenda determined through a unanimous vote shall be determined through consultation between two city representatives.

F. If the full-scale vote is not decided within four hours, it shall be decided through consultation between two city representatives.

G. If it is decided as one plan through a vote, it is delivered to the company (Metaverse 2).

7. The authority of city representatives is as follows.

A. Update and other information request rights (planning team)

B. the right to convene a council meeting

1) The available time for convocation of city council members shall be determined by prior consultation with city council members.

C. Right to open a community vote

D. the right to select city council members

E. Final decision on the agenda

1) The final decision on the agenda shall be made under the consultation of two city representatives.

8. The powers of the City Council are to

A. The right to request information necessary for the progress of the agenda (Planning Team)

B. Right to convene a city council meeting

C. Right to open community voting

D. the right to vote on each item

E. The city council member in charge of public relations by community is appointed as the deputy head of the official room in consultation with the company

9. The plenary meeting will be held after selecting a time by notice in advance.

A. Those whose participation in the meeting is restricted due to unavoidable circumstances shall respect the outcome of the meeting.

B. The contents decided between meetings are delivered to the company (Metaverse 2), and after obtaining the company's consent, the project manager can promote individual projects.
